Interpretation and Definitions 

Interpretation  

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Disclaimer: 

  1. "Company" (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Disclaimer) refers to Nuclear Fuel HP. 
  1. "Goods" refers to the items offered for sale on the Service. 
  1. "Orders" means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us. 
  1. "Service" refers to the Website. 
  1. "Website" refers to nuclearfuelhp.com, accessible from https://nuclearfuelhp.com. 
  1. "You" means the individual accessing the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.  
     
    Thank you for visiting and shopping at nuclearfuelhp.com. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.  

Domestic Shipping Policy 

Shipment processing times 

NuclearFuelHP through Printful delivers Products to Customers to most places in the world. There might be some countries we cannot deliver to because of international legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. Currently, only domestic shipments from our UK facility are available. 

NuclearFuelHP offers Product fulfillment from Printful for the locations listed below. At its own discretion, may offer same-day fulfillment for User’s Products warehoused at Printful facilities ensuring that such Products are packaged and prepared for shipping within the same day a customer has placed an order. To be eligible for the same-day fulfillment, the Customer’s order must be placed within a window of time (as defined below), depending on the warehouse where the User’s products for the order are stored: 

  • Charlotte, NC and Toronto—12 p.m. (EST) 
  • Barcelona, Spain—12 p.m. (CET) 
  • Riga, Latvia—12 p.m. (EET) 
  • Birmingham, the UK—12 p.m. (GMT) 

Same-day fulfillment may become unavailable and Nuclear Fuel Apparel or Printful shall not be held liable for failure to perform such fulfillment within the same day if: 

  1. any external causes such as accidents, unforeseeable government measures, pandemic, fire, flood, “acts of God”, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control occur. 
  2. the ordered Products you warehouse at our facility are out of stock when you place your order; 
  3. there’s a wrong, invalid, or misspelled delivery address indicated on the order; 
  4. the order contains items other than the Products warehoused; 
  5. your order has been put on hold. 

For 2 and 5, as soon as stock is received or holds are removed, Nuclear Fuel Apparel through Printful or wharehouse will arrange a next-day fulfillment shipment. 

Nuclear Fuel Apparel through Printful or Warehouse does not offer same-day fulfillment on weekends. Additionally, there may be limited availability of same-day fulfillment on certain local holidays and high-volume shopping days including, but not limited to, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday.  

In case Nuclear Fuel Apparel can’t ensure same-day fulfillment for other reasons not specified above, we’ll charge only the picking, shipping, and additional fees (if and as applicable) and refund you the fulfillment fee. 

By using the Warehousing Services the User agrees that some Products can be packaged and shipped separately and the User will cover all shipping costs associated with the Products. 

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone. 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates 

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses 

We currently do not ship to APO/FPO Addresses.  

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes 

 

Nuclear Fuel Apparel is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes) 

Damages 

 

Nuclear Fuel is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.  

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
